These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this events platform (the "Service"), operated by By Walt LLC, d.b.a. Hype School ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You must provide accurate information when registering for an event, and you're responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Event Registration

Registering for an event means you agree to receive emails related to that event, including from the event's host. You can leave an event at any time from the event page to stop receiving emails about it.

Hosting an Event

If you host an event through the Service, you're responsible for the content of your event page, emails, and communications with registrants. You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harassing content, or anything unlawful, and to comply with applicable email and data protection laws for your registrants.

Content

You retain ownership of any photos or content you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant us a license to display it on the Service in connection with your registration.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular event will occur as scheduled — events are organized by individual hosts, not by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
